    2. The cooperation between the chuck and the shaft is contacted by the tapered end hole of the shaft. If the contact is not good, the cutter is not easy to be installed, and the cone surface should be in good contact. The shaft surface must be cleaned with gasoline or WD40 cleaning agent before applying the knife.

    3. Put the chuck into the pressure cap, gently rotate the clamp spring, and let the eccentric portion of the pressure cap be recessed into the chuck groove, and push the chuck evenly in the direction of the arrow to fit into the pressure cap.

    4. The chuck is mounted on the spindle of the machine tool together with the pressure cap. Wipe the cylindrical handle of the tool and insert it into the holding hole. After confirming that the chuck and the tool are placed in the correct position, screw the cap into place by hand. Use a wrench to evenly tighten the cap until the tool is clamped.

    5. When loosening the knife, use a wrench to reverse the cap in the opposite direction.
