For example, some improper operations can not be carved properly, because some external factors, such as electromagnetic interference, are often encountered. problem. This is because the stepping motor and the driver casing of the carpenter carving machine are not magnetically shielded by aluminum, titanium and magnesium alloy casings, which cause disturbance to the highly active receiving system, making it impossible to operate, and polluting the power supply to form a single-chip microcomputer and upper position of the control system. The machine can't communicate, and the serious ones form a single-chip computer crash, which makes it difficult for normal operation. Therefore, the electromagnetic interference problem is also very serious, and many customers may not care when using it, but this electromagnetic interference must be handled as soon as possible.
Generally, it can be handled as follows:
1. Install a power filter to reduce the pollution of the AC power supply.
2. Connect the ground of the power filter, the driver PE (ground) (the driver is insulated from the chassis bottom plate), the pilot pulse PULSE- and the direction pulse DIR- shorted lead wire, the motor ground wire, and the cable cover between the driver and the motor. The drive shield wires are connected to the grounding post on the wall of the carpenter's carcass, and the touch is required to be outstanding.
3. Try to increase the distance between the control line and the power line (L, N) and the motor drive line (U, V, W) to prevent intervening. For example, we are dealing with two of the two-axis drive system in the same chassis. When the drive is mounted in orientation, one drive nameplate faces forward and the other faces backwards, and the construction is placed so that the leads are as short as possible.
4. Use shielded wires to alleviate the disturbances of the outside world or the interference of the power supply to the outside world.
